Acceptance of these terms
By using this website or requesting a quote, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. “Everstone,” “we,” and “us” refer to Everstone Material Hauling, Inc..
Quotes and estimates
Prices shown on this website, including delivered estimates in the quote builder, are estimates for planning only. They are not a binding offer or final invoice. Final pricing is confirmed after we review your material, quantity, delivery distance, site access, and schedule. Taxes are applied based on the delivery county.
Orders and delivery
- An order is confirmed only when we accept it directly, not when a form is submitted.
- Delivery windows are scheduled in good faith and may be affected by weather, supply, equipment, or site conditions outside our control.
- Standard service assumes reasonable, single-drop site access. Spreading, placement, wait time, and long-haul runs are quoted separately.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate delivery information and disclose access concerns such as driveway width, overhead clearance, gate width, soft ground, utilities, septic fields, drainage structures, or HOA restrictions.
- Ensure the delivery site is safe and accessible. You are responsible for confirming property lines and the placement location for materials.
Scope of services
Everstone provides material sales, delivery, hauling, compact equipment delivery, and small grading or light site support. We are not a surveying, engineering, land-planning, or pool-installation company and do not provide design, permitting, or boundary determinations. Use a licensed professional when your project requires them.
Website use and content

This website and its estimates are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Everstone is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the site or reliance on its estimates. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
